From our "A Shot in the Dark" Collection, Intoxicated is a Neon Purple to Neon Green Thermal Solid with a like glow! 

* Due to the very dense nature of this very unique thermal pigment, this formula needed to be made a bit differently than all other Dip Powders we make.  For that reason, best full coverage can be achieved in 3 dips.

*NOTE: You need to charge any glow powders before they will glow.  Using a very intense bright light works, being in the bright sun all day and mostly an LED flashlight can be used.  

Also, glow powders do not continuously glow without being charged. For the best results, you will need to recharge them using an LED/UV light source.

*Thermal powders are not all created equal.  Some change faster and more than others.  Also, change not only depends on the outside/inside temperature, but your body temperature as well.
